Ordering instructions
We accept credit card/paypal orders or school purchase orders.  If you are sending a purchase order, filling out the form below is not necessary unless you'd like a copy of your order printed out to give to your purchasing department.  Shipping and handling is $9.50 for orders under $100 and $14.90 for orders over $100.  If the actual cost is less than this, you will be  billed (or charged) only for the actual cost. If the S & H cost is more than the estimate, it's our mistake and you will not be charged extra !  Please contact us if you have any questions.   Thank you for your order!
